Hi everyone, thanks for all of your messages so far, we've really enjoyed reading them.

Last night it was Zzzzzzz all round with everyone worn out and asleep as soon as their heads hit the pillow.

Walking was the order of the day for both groups today and although the weather has changed, becoming slightly cooler and overcast, we were still excited to head out and make the day of it.
Mrs Norton's group headed to Kings How and Mrs Clark's group headed to Walla Crag. Both routes were tricky and we had to dig deep to make it to the top. Mrs Norton's group had ice- cream and a paddle in the stream, whilst Mrs Clark's group had Hot chocolate and a ferry ride around the lake to end the day.

Tonight we are staying in the grounds and taking part in team building activities and challenges.

Tomorrow we are looking forward to canoeing, orienteering and gorge walking where there will be lots more to report,

Hope you're all well and not missing us too much.

Lots of Love Year 5, Mrs Clark, Mrs Norton and Mr Turnbull

  8. Wow it certainly sounds like you are all having a wonderful time and having lots of fun. We loved seeing the first photos it really brought the stories to leave life. You were all really brave jumping through the hula hoop into the water. Joshua we are all really proud of you. Grandma and David are following your blog too and thought the photos of you rock climbing were very Bear Grylls, Infact David thought he'd abseiled down the same rock face when he went there as a child (many moons ago). Make the most of every day, and have loads of fun xx mam dad Joel and Arielle xxx
