Hello everyone. The weather is wonderful again today and it's even better knowing everyone had a peaceful nights sleep! Horaay!!
We got back into our groups and set ourselves up for the day with a good hearty breakfast.
Niamh, Oliver, Charlie, Rebecca, Madeleine, James, Travis, Jorja, Eva, Elijah and Ave were with Mrs Clark & Mr Turnbull.
Aaron, Joshua, Dylan, Eve, Anabel, Lucy, Connor, Aidan, Jesse, Natalie and Hannah were with Mrs Norton.
Today we have really challenged ourselves with lots of fun activities. Mrs Norton's group went climbing this morning to Sandale. It was tricky but they managed very well taking care of each other brilliantly.
Mrs Clark and Mr Turnbull's groups started the morning on the low ropes and then it was the BIG SWING! Everyone did it! Our instructor Andy was very impressed indeed and we were all so proud of ourselves tackling the challenge head on. It wasn't only about the jump from the top; there's a lot of hard work and team effort to make sure everyone is safe and we certainly did ourselves proud.
We had a quick stop to pick up lunch and it was a quick mini bus trip to meet Mrs Norton's group for a picnic in the sunshine. It was lovely to sit and have lunch with a view. Once we were finished it was time to do rock climbing, which again was a huge challenge. The girls triumphed in their resilience, speed and power during this activity which left the boys eager to get them back tomorrow.
Mrs Norton's group went canoeing this afternoon on the lake.... Which was interesting! No one could quite get the hang of rowing in time and everyone spent a lot of the time going around in circles. Eventually they made it to their destination, rowing against the wind. Another challenger complete.... Thank goodness it was easier coming back. Once back on the jetty the real fun started.... Jumping if the edge and performing all kinds of stunts...... See photos! (Hopefully they have uploaded with the wifi)

Hoping to go on another walk or play some cricket tonight followed (hopefully) by another peaceful night.
